Abstract
The anterior wall surgery is the surgery which involves the middle crura, while the lateral wall surgery is that which involves the lateral crura as well as the alae nasi. The median wall surgery involves the columella, the medial cruise and the nasal septum. The inferior wall surgery involves the nasal base i.e the alar base, the vestibular floor and the flat triangle.
