The authors present the case of a 18-month-old male infant with a congenital well-defined and raised lesion on the right posterior parietal scalp. The patient did not have any related symptoms except for sparse hair at the lesion. The medical history did not reveal any pregnancy or post-pregnancy trauma. The lesion was yellowish pink, with a smooth and shiny surface, very similar to a scar lesion but with soft consistency. A surgical excision was performed and the histological examination enabled diagnosis.
