Abstract
A 9-year-old boy presented with black wrinkles for more than 9 years. According to the results of genetic examination, the child was diagnosed as Donohoe syndrome. The child was born at 40 weeks of gestation with deafness, and the height and weight after birth were 3SD lower than the children of the same age. The parents of the child complained that the child’s physical condition was poor and he was easy to get sick. He was hospitalized for pneumonia for many times and the diagnosis was consistent. Here we reported a case of Donohue syndrome, and review the literature of Donohue syndrome briefly.
