Abstract

Some genetic syndromes pose a risk for cutaneous and extracutaneous malignancies. Recognition of their cutaneous manifestations supports early diagnosis and treatment and identification of patients at risk. We report on facial lentiginosis, which is a symptom of Carney complex, a syndrome with benign and malignant tumors and endocrinopathies.
