A 15-year-old girl referred with a progressively enlarging nodule on the lower leg for 6 months. On pathologic examination, a well-circumscribed tumor was seen composed of a solid sheet of polyhedral clear cells configuring cystic spaces and ductal structures. Based on the clinical and pathological features, the diagnosis of nodular hidradenoma was confirmed.
