Abstract
Multiple ulcers can be caused by several bacteria; one of them is by Gram-negative bacteria, particularly Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Skin manifestations mainly occur due to bacteremia and it is commonly reported in immunocompromised patients. Manifestation on the scalp is seldom reported. Hence, proper management based on the causative agent is necessary in addition to management of the underlying disease.
