Abstract
A83-year-old man presents with a 2-year history of gradually enlarging nodul mass on the left parietal region of the scalp. He has no history burn and precancerous lesions before. He had significant alopecia with chronic actinic damage. The tumor was totally excised and a split thickness skin graft taken from the leg was applied. Histopathologic examination reveals atypical, bizarre giant cells as different size and shape. Differential diagnosis include basal carcinoma, melanoma, sebaceous carcinoma, tricholemmal carcinoma and keratoacanthoma. Among these tumors, the definitive diagnosis is made by histopathological examination.
