Abstract
Nevus sebaceous is a congenital hamartoma that mainly appears as a well-defined, hairless plaques of variable size on the face and scalp. Nevus sebaceous has experienced three stages, from which a yellow, hairless, smooth plaque in childhood turns to nodular, verrucous epidermal hyperplasia along with hormonal stimuli on the mature sebaceous glands at the puberty. Finally, variable tumors can develop within nevus sebaceous. Here we reported a case of nevus sebaceous in an adolescent boy.
