Abstract

One of the ways to increase the efficiency of the transportation process and the development of transport and logistics services of railway transport is the use of modern design tools and economic justification of new logistics products of the ecosystem of the Russian Railways holding. In the context of the need to increase the production capacity of infrastructure and the capacity of railways, as well as striving for the fullest satisfaction of customers’ expectations of high quality services, supplemented by special conditions and individual solutions, the transport holding is tasked with operational design and development of new logistics products. The article discusses the concept of transport and logistics products using the best practices of the product framework.
