Abstract
The author offers two paradigms of thinking from the perspectives of modern management and Taoism. The paradigms can be employed to explore the two different worlds we are living and will create. The author looks at the world we already made which is called 3D world from point of view of modern science: ecological divide, social divide and spiritual divide; and the new world we will create is called 3C World from point of view of Taoism’s wisdom: Compassion-spiritual harmony, conservation-ecological harmony and compliance-social harmony. The author shares his ideas with audience of which future you should choose and how you can build the world we choose.
