Abstract

In this module, the key concepts to be discussed are goal setting as a method to create space in one’s life for informal and formal practice of mindfulness and tips for teaching mindfulness to others. A script for a guided imagery session is provided. A handout and worksheet are provided on daily mindfulness practices and for developing personal goals for mindfulness practice.
