Abstract
Scanning of anatomy causes geometrical artefacts, making difficulties in recognition of structures. Moreover, the digitalization causes a vast decrease of optical solution far below the level of MIN. The pixel- and voxel- world needs a strong interpretation capacity and a large experience. Clinical meaning of the structures relies on this mental ability leading to planning and decisions.
