Abstract

Along with the development of information technology and the change of emerging technologies, AI is driving a new wave in the field of platform design with new trendy technical concepts and industry applications, and the theme of profitability of hotels in the process of operation is transformed from single mode to multiple modes. With the rapid development of China's economic system reform, people's income is increasing, the concept of consumption is also improving, and the requirements for service quality are more stringent. Many regions have tourism as the local pillar industry. Hotels as people rest and entertainment places and has been rapidly developed. How to provide more accurate and timely service has become the key to hotel competition. Therefore, hotel information construction has become a standard for hotel customer service providers and become the basis of information system. This paper designs and develops a unified management platform for digital hotels under AI, in which the platform contains the common tasks in the daily operation and management of hotels, and the platform has novel and convenient features. Experiments show that the unified platform has significantly reduced training and customer service costs compared with the traditional platform, saving software development costs, while the security and stability of the system can be guaranteed. The operation modules are relatively independent and correspond to the actual business needs, and the business logic is clear, which makes the whole solution configuration flexible and convenient for users to choose.
