Abstract
In recent years, with the blessing of Internet technology, our country's sharing economy (SE) has advanced by leaps and bounds and has entered a stage of bursting. The SE has penetrated into all aspects of social life, and Internet green finance (IGF), which organically combines financial and green development issues, has shown a new development trend. This article aims to study the development of IGF in the context of the SE. In the context of the SE, this article uses IGF as the research object, using Internet research and qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to explore the bottlenecks that hinder the development of IGF in our country, and analyze the reasons for the problems. This article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of green finance (GF) on the Internet, and puts forward suggestions to clarify the development of GF, improve information disclosure and communication mechanisms, and improve information exchange with government departments. According to survey data, the number of corporate social reports disclosed in 2014–2018 continued to increase, but in 2018–2020, the number of corporate social reports disclosed decreased, from 2097 to 1903. It can be seen that one of the constraints to the development of IGF is the lack of willingness of companies to disclose their social responsibilities.
