Abstract
Two children were referred with occurrence of closely-set papules and tiny nodules arranged in an annular configuration. On pathologic examination, there were small foci of degenerating collagen in the upper and middle dermis along with infiltrates of histiocytes, lymphocytes and giant cells palisading in the periphery. Based on clinical feature and pathologic findings, the diagnosis of granuloma annulare was confirmed.
