Abstract
A 3-year-old Caucasian girl presented with intensely pruritic lesions appeared 1 year before. Physical examination revealed erythematous-symmetrical papules, vesicles and excoriations, localized on the lower and upper limbs, trunk and buttocks (Fig. 13.1a–c).
