Abstract

Volumetric multispectral optoacoustic imaging has emerged as a new tool for visualizing the structure and the function of solid tumors in real-time. We aim to develop novel tools for 3D segmentation and tracking of underlying blood vessels to automate the characterization of tumors in vivo.
