Abstract

Pain from the thoracic musculoskeletal system is common and the lifetime prevalence is close to 20%. The anatomy of the facet innervation is different from that of lumbar spine. In this chapter, we summarized the pertinent anatomy of the thoracic facet innervation and described the image guided intervention to the facet.
