Abstract

This chapter presents the investigation on the full-scale application of modified ECC for pavement application. Data from various texturing methods applied in the field have been collected and then analyzed. The skid resistance tests conducted were including the British Pendulum Test (BPT) for the microtexture and the volumetric based Sand Patch Test (SPT) for the macrotexture. Different texturing methods applied to find the optimum solution to produce good surface properties for pavement application.
