Abstract

The notion that there are independent interspaces becomes clear if one acknowledges that we can still view the light emitted by stars that no longer exist as they have long since died; light continues to flow through the universe, regardless of whether it will be captured by anyone.

The systems and subsystems, which are predominately interwoven, influence each other in both a neighbourly and vertical manner. Ken Wilber referred to holarchies and the relative “whole” character of the subsystems in this regard. This chapter also explores the holarchy of interspaces. Do we solely view them as an ambiguous image for matter, or do they have their own functions, as echo boxes, for instance?

Furthermore, we also encounter different communication media on all levels, both inwards towards the body and externally in the interpersonal realm: both analogue and digital, tangible and in the form of waves.
