Abstract
Ulnar artery access is a favorable alternative technique for endovascular transcatheter procedures when radial artery access is contraindicated or the radial artery must be preserved. The purpose of this chapter is to describe the clinical considerations of performing ulnar artery access and provide real-world case examples. At the end of this chapter the reader will have the basic knowledge and tools to perform ulnar artery access for a wide range of endovascular procedures.
