Abstract
With the advent of readily available digital tools for patient and provider interaction comes the opportunity of digitally transforming the entire process of cardiovascular outpatient care, from scheduling to follow up. This chapter will explore how each step in typical cardiovascular clinic workflows can be reengineered with a digital-first mindset.
