Abstract

This study proposed an interactive game to relieve children’s fear and strangeness during atomization therapy, while allowing them to maintain the correct breathing rhythm and improving their therapeutic compliance. There is a circular bubble on the game interface, which changes the state with child breathes. The bubble gradually shrinks when child breathes in, and grows when breathing out. Experiments were conducted with 28 participants and divided them into a control group and an experimental group. The study assessed the compliance and user experience on children through a self-made compliance scale and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Through the analysis of the results, it can be concluded that atomization therapy with interactive game function is more attractive and curious. In addition to attracting children’s attention, it can also effectively improve the compliance of atomization therapy.
