Abstract
This paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review on innovation capability, innovation strategy, and knowledge sharing. In this study, literature review was carried out to provide an opportunity to promote a theoretical model that encourages research that involves interactions between variables related to knowledge, strategy, and innovation. The literature analysis refers to peer-reviewed articles published in English in the period 2000 and 2020. The important results of the review construction reveal: (1) tacit and explicit knowledge sharing enhances innovation capability; (2) knowledge sharing affects the proactive environment; (3) innovation strategy affects competitiveness; (4) innovation strategy affects knowledge sharing; (5) innovation capability affects innovative performance, and organizational performance; and (6) innovation capability sharpens the knowledge strategy. This is a research niche that has value and could provide opportunities for future research.
