Abstract
This chapter covers nerve injuries and their management, entrapment neuropathies and brachial plexus injury. Neuromuscular disorders include Duchenne muscular dystrophy, Becker’s dystrophy, Emery–Dreifuss muscular dystrophy, Facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy, myotonic dystrophy, Charcot–Marie–Tooth disease, spinal muscle atrophy and Friedrich’s ataxia.
