Abstract
We have covered many of the essentials involved with the construction of an entrepreneurial vision including why vision is important, what the key components are, how to create an appropriate vision framework based on your core motivators, and how to create vision context in terms of networking and market learning. We have also focused on how to effectively build up each of the core aspects specific to Market Vision and Technology Vision in a way that maximizes their potential early performance. Now it is time to take all of this upfront homework and convert it into a core message and differentiating machine through the crafting of the vision state ment.
