Abstract
This chapter describes the tool and provides guidance on how to use and apply the tool. The tool is designed to be applied at varying levels within the organization to get multiple perspectives on e-Learning readiness. The methods used for administering the tool may vary based on the context of the organization. The data in the surveys are then used to populate the final checklists, E, which represent a succinct way for collating and presenting the data. These checklists make reporting the findings seamless and easy for the users. The checklists also include recommendations based on literature findings. Several examples of projected responses are given as a guide for using the tool.
