Abstract
This chapter sets the stage with an introduction to the POZE paradigm which is rooted in the connection and complementarity of soul, heart, mind, and body—articulated as aspirations, emotions, thoughts, and sensations (which influence our experiences and expressions). This 4-dimensionality renders each individual a reflection of the 4-dimensional interplay that links individuals, communities, countries, and Planet Earth. The concept of the Scale of Influence is briefly described to outline the subtle yet essential aspects that shape human interactions. The objective herein is to establish a common understanding of the logical and methodological grounding of the causes and consequences of personal and collective change that will be illustrated by the stories in Chapter 2.
