This chapter reviews venous anatomy, historical points, and neuroimaging findings that raise concern for venous sinus thrombosis. Then overviews the workup and the workup and treatment (both acute and chronic) of venous sinus thrombosis. Multiple CT and MRI examples of venous sinus thrombosis.
