Abstract
This chapter will guide pediatricians who would like to choose a career in public health to determine if they have an interest in the field. It will also delineate the process of preparing resumes and embarking on a job search in the right sector within the public health sphere. Finally, it will provide information on interviewing for the job, negotiating contracts, and expectations during orientation.
