Abstract
A digital transformation of the container shipping industry is needed to raise the levels of transparency and thereby improve reliability, efficiency, and customer experience. To facilitate and support such a digital transformation the largest container lines have founded a non-profit standards body—the Digital Container Shipping Association (DCSA).
