Digital Transformation and New Challenges

Abstract

National digital strategies contain measures to facilitate development of data-intensive businesses and protection of citizen-related data and thus build digital economy. This paper provides a comparative analysis of national digital strategies and reflects if there is a rationale for cooperation whilst developing a digital economy.
