Abstract
By allowing the creation of fully decentralized cloud/fog technologies that reduce costs by producing predictable outcomes without needing any intermediary, smart contracts and blockchain have had the opportunity to alter the present shape of cloud markets. In addition, many recommend current requirements for the creation of fully integrated decentralized cloud solutions that would allow large vendors to comply with these kinds of solutions and avoid proprietary hardware. We claim that certain analysis contributes to the advancement of cloud systems not only by figuring out implementation incompatibilities and alternative solutions to development issues in the field but also through evaluating predetermined rules and proposing great possibilities for interoperability.
