Abstract
This chapter deals with planning programs to promote social competence and its requirements in group and individual formats. In order to do this, after considering structural and formal aspects of a program, we highlight the special care taken and guidelines to define the relevant objectives of intervention with clients, planning the main goals of sessions along the program, the generalization, and the structure of a typical session of training.
