Practice of College Financial Online Reimbursement System Under the Background of Internet

Abstract

Under the background of Internet plus era, the influence of electronic invoices on financial business in universities is far-reaching. Due to the many objects and information asymmetry of financial reimbursement in Colleges and universities, the problems of more objects, less expenses and less expenses have become the urgent problems to be solved in Colleges and universities. In view of the current widespread financial reimbursement problems, this paper attempts to design and implement an online reimbursement system based on campus network, puts forward the goal and overall framework of the system, and analyzes and studies the landing, appointment reimbursement, appointment reimbursement, accounting processing query and application of the system. This paper analyzes the design effect of financial reimbursement system in a university, and 50 copies are distributed according to the questionnaire. The highest cumulative proportion of employees who have worked for 2–5 years is 43%. The implementation of online reimbursement booking system in Colleges and universities has effectively alleviated the pressure of the financial department and improved the financial work efficiency and service level. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of online booking reimbursement, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening financial network security and identifying the identity of expense report administrator. The research in this paper has a certain reference value to improve the reimbursement mode of colleges and universities and solve the problem of College reimbursement difficulties.
