Abstract
Our physical state influences our thoughts and emotions, whereas the latter influence our physical health and overall wellbeing. The POZE paradigm which underpins this book is based on the understanding that human existence is a composition of soul, heart, mind, and body expressed as aspirations, emotions, thoughts, and sensations. Their interaction stands in symmetry to the interaction of the 4 dimensions of society—individuals, communities, countries, and Planet Earth (Walther 2020a). This multidimensional logic and the 4 universal principles that apply within and throughout both will be looked at here. Awareness of these multi-dimensional dynamics is the first of 4 stages required for personal change and hereby for sustainable, large-scale transformation.
