Abstract
The infraclavicular exposure gives access to the cords and terminal branches of the brachial plexus. This exposure may be used for resection of tumors, repair of traumatic lacerations, and nerve grafting. Dissection proceeds in a meticulous and stepwise fashion through the deltopectoral groove to identify the medial, lateral, and posterior cords of the plexus and the axillary artery. Further dissection distally reveals the terminal branches of the brachial plexus.
