Abstract
The anatomy of the supraclavicular brachial plexus is complex. Fibrosis from trauma distorts the anatomy making dissection even more challenging. This chapter presents technical pearls and pitfalls that may facilitate the exposure of the supraclavicular brachial plexus that can be incorporated into a surgeon’s armamentarium for exploration, neurolysis, intraoperative testing of neural elements, and reconstruction.
