Abstract
In April 2017, a 28-year-old female patient was hospitalized due to a vitamin deficiency and protein-energy malnutrition due to anorexia nervosa (AN). The patient had university degree, lived alone and did not have a partner, and relations with parents were disturbed. She claimed she was teased in high school about her weight, although she weighed not more than 65 kg at the time. She suffered from eating disorder for the past 10 years during which she was not in psychiatrist treatment although she was referred by general practitioner for a consultation. Her opinion was her ideal body weight would be 35 kg; she was eating only salt sticks, apples and yogurt.
