Abstract
In Spain, as well as in the majority of Europe, elderly people are a social group which has been increasing during the last few decades, consequently our society has created new specific resources orientated towards them, an example of this is nursing homes. Nursey Homes constitute not just a new area for seniors, also a new working environment, with new risk and challenges. With the aim to study this new environment we have created a questionnaire composed with the most presented variables in previous researchers among nursing home workers: Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales; The Maslach Burnout Inventory; Grief Support in Health Care Scale; Disenfranchised Grief. With a sample of 90 nursey home workers this study objective is probe the association between these variables and the possibility to used them harmonically in a single questionnaire.
