Abstract
MALT lymphoma, lymphomatoid granulomatosis, and DLBCL are classified as malignant primary pulmonary lymphoproliferative disorders. Nodular lymphoid hyperplasia, follicular bronchiolitis and lymphoid interstitial pneumonia are benign (polyclonal) pulmonary lymphoproliferative disorders discussed in other chapters. The lungs can be secondarily involved in Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, as well as be the site of involvement of certain other lymphomas such as AIDS-related lymphoma and post-transplant lymphoprliferative disease.
