Abstract
Telecommunication is undergoing changes related with digitization, concepts of multimedia and hypermedia, and integration of tele and computer networks. The digitization of broadcasting systems introduced these concepts also into the radio world. System DAB is a developed project offering solutions applied now also in terrestrial TV and modern iPhones.
The phases of development of the DAB system from today’s perspective include:
