Abstract

The aim of the article is to develop a system dynamics model that allows to analyze the effectiveness of the higher education system in modern Russia. A brief description of the existing approaches is given and a model of the dependencies of the monitoring parameters of higher education is proposed. This model is the main one in the system dynamics of J. Forrester. The model is refined through a statistical analysis of the coefficients of the influence of some monitoring parameters on others.
