Abstract
While hemoglobin A1c remains a standard way to characterize glycemia, glucose monitoring has advanced from periodic urine monitoring to intermittent blood glucose monitoring and now continuous blood glucose monitoring (CGM). CGM is a vital part of automated insulin delivery.
