Abstract
This article describes the use of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) for the detection and identification of water surface contaminants, such as oil spills. Detection is carried out by photographing with a camera located on the drone, with post-processing of the image. Identification is carried out by taking a sample of the mixture from the water surface and analysis of its electrical conductivity. In addition, it is possible to measure the area of the spill and the thickness of the layer.
