Abstract

Radiology is a core clerkship rotation as well as an advanced elective rotation for students seeking to pursue a radiology or interventional radiology residency. Uniquely, online radiology resources for trainees is quite developed, and hence this chapter does not aim to reinvent the wheel but rather focus on teaching the fundamentals of radiology through the perspective of a foreign language. Common cases are then provided for practice with active learning strategies to help students grapple with the matter for better retention. Additionally, our resource recommendations for further practice are provided. Written by medical students for medical students, this chapter provides a unique overview of radiology that will greatly enhance a student’s ability to excel on a radiology rotation.
