Abstract
The article describes possibilities of increasing of stud welding efficiency for future SUV projects proposed by the Volkswagen concern. The present state simulation and the proposal of welding line optimization of stud welding with the use of the Process Simulate software are presented in the article. Furthermore, the description of stud welding technologies is involved. The basic concepts of stud welding are analyzed in the chapters below. The last chapter aims at the description of the model creating process, simulation and the proposal of welding line optimization for stud welding with the use of the Process Simulate software.
