Abstract

This article selects male and female college students from 5 colleges and universities in Dongguan, Guangdong Province as the research object, using the theoretical background of college students’ participation in sports activities and the construction of campus sports culture, employing literature data method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, logic analysis method, mathematical statistics method, carrying in-depth investigation and research on the current status of college students’ participation in sports activities and the construction of campus sports culture, aims to explore the interrelated characteristics of college campus sports culture and college students’ participation in sports activities, to strengthen the construction of college campus sports culture and put forward reasonable and effective measures and suggestions for promoting college students’ sports activities participation, and to provide the necessary basis for the future development of college physical education.
