Abstract
Forced ventilation systems are increasingly being used in low-energy and passive houses. This article describes a method allowing continuous automatic measurement of air infiltration and the real performance of controlled ventilation in an intelligent house equipped with a PLC-based control system without the need to use a tracer gas or special instrumentation and measuring equipment. The prerequisite of the method is the integration of the control and regulation of individual systems of the building into a common control system.
