Well-being in Belgium

Abstract

We do not all live for the same length of time, and the major socio-economic differences in life expectancy face us with a major social challenge. Of course, we cannot say much about this based on the MEQIN data. However, the time available to us each day is one of the few things in life that are completely equally distributed. Whether rich or poor, male or female, highly educated or otherwise, we all have just 24 h a day at our disposal.
